|
Tool Rental: Cavo has a complete inventory of tools for all type of applications. Our motors come complete with a power section, coupling assembly, and bearing assembly. We use high performance parts, such as our Seal-Free Technology™ bearings, for optimum performance. Please contact us for rental rates and services.
Optional Equipment: Cavo offers a complete line of optional equipment and accessories for our motors. Several stabilizer and bent housings configurations are available. For controlled flow rates, our power sections can be nozzled to meet your requirements.
Spare Parts: We provide a complete line of spare parts, components, assemblies, and repair kits.
Service Equipment: Cavo offers specialized service equipment for customers with their own service facility. This equipment consists of, but is not limited to: a hydraulic breakout unit, bit box subs, back-up tongs, threaded joint heating equipment, steam cleaner, stator bore gauge, stator bore scope, and lubricating equipment with accessories.
Servicing Training: A Cavo Service Technician is available to provide hands on training for the complete servicing of customer-owned drilling motors. Service Manuals are also available depicting all aspects required to service the tools.
Technical Support: Cavo offers complete technical support in areas such as: engineering, quality assurance, and motor services. We offer onsite training in motor assembly, servicing, repair, and maintenance of customer owned tools.
Quality Assurance: To ensure a quality service on the motors, Cavo follows specific procedures for receiving, disassembly, cleaning, inspecting, reassembly, testing, and delivery of the drilling motors
Inspection and Acceptance: Strict criteria is used when determining the acceptance and/or rejection of the stator, rotor, drive shaft, and other critical components. All non conforming components are repaired or restored using specific techniques with detailed process steps. Further, third-party non destructive inspections are performed on the tools.
Identity: Custom painting and stenciling can be added to the motors for private labeling.
