The Cavo Shock Tool features a spline assembly whereby drill string torque is transmitted to the bit through the outer housing.  The inner assembly absorbs vibration through a multi-layered series of high strength alloy disc springs.  The internal assembly is sealed and lubricated in a heavy-duty grease for reliable operation. Drilling fluid flows through the inside diameter, bypassing the mechanical components of the tool.
